Frequently Asked Questions

The Voyant Experience

What is the Art and Gravity of Presence™?

It is a dual-system intervention for mental performance. We combine museum-grade landscape photography (the Hardware) with a psychologist-led auditory narrative (the Software). Together, they facilitate a 300-second "Visual Horizon," allowing the viewer to reset their cognitive state and return to a grounded, strategic perspective.

Who are the architects behind Voyant?

Voyant is a multidisciplinary collaboration based in Camas, WA:

  • Eric Blaufarb: Principal Technical Architect and Photographer
  • Ellen Blaufarb: Licensed Psychologist and clinical director.
  • Emily Morrison: Trained vocalist and recording artist.

Technical Specifications

What is the "Voyant Process"?

The process begins with ultra-high-resolution 150-megapixel captures. The final work is produced using optical lamination—the image is face-mounted to gallery-grade Perspex and backed with an Aluminium Dibond core. This creates a "Zero-Gap" look with immense depth and color saturation.

How do I access the audio process?

Each piece comes with a Voyant Key (a physical, high-end digital asset). This key provides exclusive access to the high-fidelity audio guides narrated by Emily Morrison. The recordings are engineered for spatial audio to complement the visual vectors of your specific piece.

Editions and Scarcity

What are the edition sizes?

For the March 2026 founding release, scarcity is strictly enforced:

  • Signature Edition: 72" x 40", limited to 10 units per Pillar.
  • Collector’s Edition: 60" x 40", limited to 25 units per Pillar. Once an edition is sold out, that specific horizon will never be reproduced in that format again.

How is provenance verified?

Every work is accompanied by a Bespoke Portfolio Guide containing the technical dossier of the capture and a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the four architects.

Logistics and Installation

How do I clean and maintain the work?

The optical surface is sensitive to chemicals. Maintenance requires only a high-density microfiber cloth and, if necessary, distilled water or a specialized anti-static cleaner like Brillianize. A full maintenance kit is included with every Signature Edition.

What are the lighting and placement requirements?

To achieve the 110° immersion zone, the 72" x 48" Signature Edition should be viewed from a distance of 4 to 6 feet. We recommend 3000K–3500K LED gallery lighting directed at a 30-degree angle to minimize reflections and highlight the tonal depth.

What is the lead time for delivery?

Because each Pillar is handcrafted to order in Camas, WA, the current lead time is 6 to 8 weeks. Shipping is handled exclusively by fine-art couriers to ensure the structural integrity of the Aluminium Dibond core.

Acquisition

How do I secure a piece from the Twelve Pillars?

Due to the limited units (120 total Signatures), we recommend joining the Founding Registry. Members receive priority access to the acquisition portal 48 hours before the public launch in April 2026.
