Terms + Conditions
1. The Voyant Standard All works sold through Voyant Photography are produced via the proprietary Voyant Process (Patent Pending). This includes high-fidelity capture, 60-inch Lumachrome® Master prints at 300 PPI, and mounting to an Aluminium Dibond core. By completing a purchase, the collector acknowledges that these are bespoke, made-to-order physical instruments.
2. Edition Scarcity and Provenance
Signature Edition: Strictly limited to an edition of 10 (1/10). Produced at the grand-format 72" x 48" scale on Exhibition Acrylic Metal.
Collector’s Edition: Strictly limited to an edition of 50 (1/50). Produced at the 60" x 40" Lumachrome® scale.
Open Edition: An unnumbered edition produced at the 48" x 36" scale on Acrylic Facemount.
Provenance: Signature and Collector editions are delivered with a Bespoke Portfolio Guide and a unique digital identifier to verify provenance and edition number.
3. Intellectual Property: The Voyant Process & ZeroPoint Score™ The Voyant Process, including its system of biometric feedback loops and cognitive reset methodology, is the subject of a pending U.S. Utility Patent application. The purchase of a Signature or Collector edition includes a non-exclusive, limited license to the Voyant Audio Process and the ZeroPoint Score™ (Patent Pending) digital assessment.
This audio-visual and data content is for private, personal use only.
Redistribution, public performance, or commercial broadcast of the audio guides, the ZeroPoint Score™, or the trademarked Art and Gravity of Presence™ materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Custom Production and Lead Times Because each piece undergoes the rigorous Voyant Process—including handcrafted lamination and NoNoise AI shadow purification—standard lead times for the March 2026 launch are 4 to 6 weeks from the date of acquisition. Collectors will receive technical updates as their specific work moves through the production pipeline.
5. Shipping and Fine Art Logistics Due to the scale and material sensitivity of the Signature and Collector Editions, all shipments are handled by specialist fine-art couriers.
Insurance: All works are shipped fully insured at the launch valuation ($7,995 for Signature / $3,995 for Collector).
Inspection: Upon delivery, the collector or their representative must inspect the crate for integrity. Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours to initiate a priority restoration or replacement.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy Given the bespoke nature of the Voyant Process and the immediate allocation of limited-edition numbers, all sales are final. Cancellations are not permitted once the production process has commenced. In the unlikely event of a technical defect in the physical build, Voyant Photography will repair or replace the work to meet our 9.5+ technical merit standard.
7. Governance and Liability Voyant Photography provides a "Visual Anchor" and a guided meditative experience. While the Voyant Process is designed by a licensed psychologist, it is intended for performance optimization and stress reduction; it is not a substitute for clinical medical treatment or psychiatric care.
