PART ONE — VOYANT PHOTOGRAPHY
Voyant Photography ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our collectors and website visitors. This policy outlines how we handle personal information in relation to the Voyant Process, the sale of Signature and Collector Editions, and the delivery of the Art & Gravity of Presence™ and ZeroPoint Score™ digital experiences.

1. Information Collection
To facilitate the acquisition of a work and the delivery of the associated digital assets, we collect the following:

Identity Data: Name for the Bespoke Portfolio Guide.

Contact Data: Email address and telephone number for production updates and shipping coordination.

Logistical Data: Physical shipping addresses required for high-security, fine-art courier delivery.

Transaction Data: Details regarding payments and the specific edition numbers (e.g., 3/10 or 7/50) assigned to your collection.

2. Use of Information
Your data is used strictly for the execution of the Voyant experience:

Production: To personalize the physical Bespoke Portfolio Guide and Certificate of Authenticity.

Fulfillment: To coordinate specialized shipping for large-format Signature Editions.

Digital Access: To provide secure, encrypted access to the digital recordings by Ellen Blaufarb and Emily Morrison, and your ZeroPoint Score™ report.

Communication: To provide technical updates on the status of your acquisition and occasional notifications regarding new releases within the Voyant series (Iceland, Mt. Hood, New Zealand).

3. Data Security and Discretion
Encryption: All transaction data is processed via industry-standard SSL encryption.

Third-Party Access: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Access is limited to essential partners (e.g., the fine-art printing lab and specialized couriers) who are under strict non-disclosure agreements.

Digital Content Security: Access to the Voyant Audio Process and ZeroPoint Score™ is tied to your specific acquisition. We monitor digital access points to ensure the proprietary narrative remains exclusive to verified collectors.

4. Digital Tracking
Our website uses functional cookies to optimize the viewing experience of our high-resolution 300 PPI digital previews. We also use advertising and analytics technologies to measure and improve our advertising: the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, the Google Ads tag, the TikTok Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These tools collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser details, and, when you complete a purchase, order details such as the product and order value. Where you provide it at checkout, contact information may also be shared with these providers, which may hash it before use. We use this to measure ad performance and to show our ads to you and to similar audiences. These providers may set their own cookies and process this data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information for money. You can opt out by declining cookies where prompted, using your browser or device tracking controls, adjusting your ad preferences with each platform, or contacting us.

5. Your Rights and Control
You maintain full control over your data. You may request access to your acquisition summary, corrections to shipping info, or deletion from notification lists (noting that certain data must be retained to verify the provenance of your limited-edition works).

6. International Compliance
As Voyant operates globally, including our March 2026 releases in Iceland and New Zealand, we comply with standard international privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

PART TWO — THE VOYANT APP
The Voyant app is a separate product from the sale of artwork described above, and handles different information. What follows applies only to the app.

7. Who we are
Voyant ("we", "us", "our") provides a wellness application that delivers guided audio immersion moments and reflects patterns from optional wearable data. Voyant is a wellness and self-reflection app. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental-health condition. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8. Information we collect
Guest sessions (no account): if you use Voyant by scanning a code at a participating hotel or gallery, you are not asked for a name, email, or password, and we do not create a profile for you. We record which venue the code belongs to, which artwork it opened, and the session's own readings, so that the session works and so the venue can be told how often its installation was used. That record is not linked to your identity. If you later add an email address, the sessions already recorded become part of your account.

Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers from Google or Apple Sign-In if you choose those methods.

Self-reported intake: mood, energy, intent, and other inputs you provide before a moment.

Wearable data (optional): if you connect Oura, WHOOP, or Google Health, we receive heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, and recovery summaries to personalize moments. Voyant's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For Google Health, we receive heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, breathing rate and daytime heart rate. Daytime heart rate is checked about every 15 minutes while you are connected and stored in your Voyant account, to check that your device is being worn, to build your personal baseline and to tailor your sessions.

Apple Health (optional, iOS only): if you grant access on your iPhone, Voyant reads heart rate, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, active energy, mindful minutes, and recent workouts from HealthKit. On Apple Watch, Voyant writes one entry per completed session as Mindful Minutes; it writes nothing else to Apple Health and never records a workout. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties, and never used to derive data for advertising or other use-based data mining. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Voyant.

Precise location (optional): if you allow location access, we use it only to record how near you were to a venue when you scanned its code. It is never used to grant or deny access to anything — a session opens whether or not location is available — and it is never sold or used for advertising. It is collected only while you are using the app.

Moment telemetry: anchor selections, audio targets, computed ZeroPoint scores, and entry/exit readings.

Technical data: device type, operating system, and basic logs needed to operate the service.

9. How we use your information
We use your information to deliver and personalize moments, compute your ZeroPoint score, show your history and insights over time, secure your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

10. Wearable connections
When you connect a wearable, we store an OAuth access token to fetch the data needed for your moments. You can disconnect any wearable at any time from the Discovery screen, which revokes our access and stops further data collection from that device.

11. Sharing
We share data only with the named service providers below, each under contracts that limit their use of your data to operating Voyant on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information when required by law.

Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage for your account, your moment archive, and the artwork itself.

Sentry — crash reports and diagnostic breadcrumbs to fix bugs. Reports are tagged with a per-install identifier, not your email or name. Text, inputs, and media are masked before they leave the device.

RevenueCat — subscription and purchase records, so that a subscription you buy through the App Store is recognised in the app. We do not receive or store your payment details; those remain with Apple.

Resend — transactional email only, such as sign-in links and account confirmations. We do not send marketing email through it.

OpenAI / Google Gemini — language and vision models that power guided audio prompts and the optional affect check. We send only the minimum content needed for the prompt and never share identifying account fields.

Open-Meteo — weather data for the Environment tile. We send only a coarse coordinate (~2 km cell); no identifiers are attached.

Oura, WHOOP, Google Health — only when you connect them, and only to fetch the wearable data you've authorized.

12. Data retention
We retain your account, moment archive, and wearable summaries for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data and disconnect any linked wearables. When you grant capture permission, rejected captures may be retained for up to 30 days for service quality improvement, accessible only to Voyant staff.

13. Your rights
You can access, update, or delete your data at any time. Account deletion is available in Settings → Account → Delete Account. For other requests, email us at the address below.

If you used Voyant as a guest without an account, your sessions are held on your device and are not linked to your identity. Ending the guest session, or clearing the app's data, erases them permanently — we cannot recover them, and because they carry no identifier, we are not able to locate them on your behalf.

14. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls, and signed webhook verification for wearable callbacks. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with industry-standard practices.

15. Children
Voyant is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

16. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.

Hood collections, and the ZeroPoint Score™ digital materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Voyant Photography. The underlying methodology of the Voyant Process is Patent Pending.

Prohibition of Reproduction: No part of this website or its associated digital assets may be reproduced, scanned, or distributed in any printed or electronic form without express written permission from the artist.

Digital Asset Protection: Purchase of a Signature or Collector Edition grants a personal-use license for associated digital recordings and assessment data; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or grant any right to commercial broadcast.

AI & Machine Learning Restriction: Use of any imagery or text from this site for the purpose of training artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or generative art platforms is strictly prohibited without a specific commercial licensing agreement.

Integrity of Work: Unauthorized alteration of images, including the removal of embedded metadata or copyright information applied during our Resize AI and Tack Sharp AI workflow, constitutes a violation of federal copyright law.

Software and Applications: The Voyant application, its scoring implementation, session composition, and the venue installations that present these works are the exclusive intellectual property of Nine Eleven Nine LLC. Use of the app is governed by its Terms of Service. No license to the software, its outputs, or its underlying methods is granted by the purchase of a physical work.
