Logistical Data: Physical shipping addresses required for high-security, fine-art courier delivery.
Transaction Data: Details regarding payments and the specific edition numbers (e.g., 3/10 or 7/50) assigned to your collection.
2. Use of Information Your data is used strictly for the execution of the Voyant experience:
Production: To personalize the physical Bespoke Portfolio Guide and Certificate of Authenticity.
Fulfillment: To coordinate specialized shipping for large-format Signature Editions.
Digital Access: To provide secure, encrypted access to the digital recordings by Ellen Blaufarb and Emily Morrison, and your ZeroPoint Score™ report.
Communication: To provide technical updates on the status of your acquisition and occasional notifications regarding new releases within the Voyant series (Iceland, Mt. Hood, New Zealand).

Encryption: All transaction data is processed via industry-standard SSL encryption.
Third-Party Access: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Access is limited to essential partners (e.g., the fine-art printing lab and specialized couriers) who are under strict non-disclosure agreements.
Digital Content Security: Access to the Voyant Audio Process and ZeroPoint Score™ is tied to your specific acquisition. We monitor digital access points to ensure the proprietary narrative remains exclusive to verified collectors.
4. Digital Tracking Our website uses minimal, functional cookies to optimize the viewing experience of our high-resolution 300 PPI digital previews. We do not engage in aggressive retargeting or third-party marketing tracking.
5. Your Rights and Control You maintain full control over your data. You may request access to your acquisition summary, corrections to shipping info, or deletion from notification lists (noting that certain data must be retained to verify the provenance of your limited-edition works).
6. International Compliance As Voyant operates globally, including our March 2026 releases in Iceland and New Zealand, we comply with standard international privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

The underlying methodology of the Voyant Process is Patent Pending.
Prohibition of Reproduction: No part of this website or its associated digital assets may be reproduced, scanned, or distributed in any printed or electronic form without express written permission from the artist.
Digital Asset Protection: Purchase of a Signature or Collector Edition grants a personal-use license for associated digital recordings and assessment data; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or grant any right to commercial broadcast.
AI & Machine Learning Restriction: Use of any imagery or text from this site for the purpose of training artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or generative art platforms is strictly prohibited without a specific commercial licensing agreement.
Integrity of Work: Unauthorized alteration of images, including the removal of embedded metadata or copyright information applied during our Resize AI and Tack Sharp AI workflow, constitutes a violation of federal copyright law.
