Shipping + Returns

1. Made to order
Each Voyant work is made to order and mastered in Camas, Washington. The current lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from the date of acquisition. As your piece moves through production, we will send you updates.
2. Fine art shipping
Because of the scale and material sensitivity of Signature and Collector Editions, every shipment is handled by a specialist fine-art courier, and every work travels fully insured.
3. On delivery
Please inspect the crate when it arrives, or ask your representative to. Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected], and we will begin a priority restoration or replacement.
4. Returns and cancellations
Each work is bespoke, and its edition number is allocated at the moment of acquisition. For this reason all sales are final, and cancellations are not possible once production has begun.
5. Defects
In the unlikely event of a technical defect in the physical build, Voyant Photography will repair or replace the work.
